v0.1.0

Unreleased

Initial release — the full sign-making workflow, from drawing to G-code.

The first public release of ChantoCNC. Everything between the sketch and the spindle:

  • Drawing — shapes, pen, node editing, boolean operations, alignment, and text on a path, in a proper vector workspace.
  • Text that cuts — outline fonts (TTF/OTF import) and bundled single-line stroke fonts for fast engraving.
  • Toolpaths — V-carve, engrave, pocket, and profile with tabs, plus reliefs from 3D meshes and depth maps.
  • Simulation — a dexel-accurate 3D material simulator that shows exactly what the machine will leave behind.
  • Machine-ready G-code — post-processors for GRBL, LinuxCNC, Mach3, Marlin, and Masso, with per-setup control of origin corner and Z zero.
  • Licensing that respects you — 30-day full trial, one-time license, 3 machines, 2 years of updates.
